Contributions

The New York Genealogical and Biographical Society is a tax-exempt organization under Sec. 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The Society considers membership dues to be tax-deductible, except for the first $30.

Contributions (over and above the amount of dues) qualify a member to be listed as a Sponsor of the Society. Sponsor categories are as follows:

Friend: up to $99	Donor: $500 to $999
Contributor: $100 to $249	Patron: $1,000 to $4,999
Supporter: $250 to $499	Benefactor: $5,000 or more

If you would like to make a contribution for an amount not shown, please use multiple items. For example, to make a $150 contribution, please select one $50 contribution and one $100 contribution.
